Welcome and call to order. The meeting was convened by Ellen Fremion In attendance: Ellen Fremion, Sheri Talbot, Sue Burek, Frederick McCurdy, Linda Pemberton.  A quorum was present. Also present: Erin Lawler, Karen Zisk, Jamie White, Kate Layman, Michelle Thomas. Consideration of March 5, 2025, subcommittee draft meeting minutes. The minutes were approved as drafted IDD SRAC CMC recommendations for HHSC’s legislative annual report on implementation, as required by Texas Government Code, Section 542.0054. HB4666 was referenced, HB04666F.pdf, Relating to certain reports required to be prepared or submitted by or in collaboration with the Health and Human Services Commission or submitted to the governor or a member of the legislature under the Health and Safety Code.
