The Hospital Payment Advisory Committee, a subcommittee of the Medical Care Advisory Committee (MCAC), advises MCAC and HHS about hospital reimbursement methodologies for inpatient hospital prospective payment and on adjustments for disproportionate share hospitals. Members include: Opening comments. The meeting was convened by the Chair, Diana Strupp. A quorum was present. Approval of May 6, 2019, meeting minutes. The minutes were approved as written. INFORMATIONAL ITEMS Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Program Demonstration Years (DY) 9-10- Andy Vasquez, Director, Quality and Program Improvement Proposal. Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) proposes to amend Texas Administrative Code Title 1, Part 15, §354.1707, relating to Performer Valuations, and propose new §§354.1729, concerning Definitions; 354.1731, concerning Medicaid and Low-income or Uninsured Patient Population by Provider; 354.1733, concerning Regional Healthcare Partner
