MEETING SUMMARY.  The Policy Council for Children and Families (PCCF) gathered on April 2, 2018. The Council works to improve the coordination, quality, efficiency and outcomes of services provided to children with disabilities and their families through the state's health, education and human services systems. Additionally, it produces a biennial report with recommendations to the executive Commissioner of HHSC and the Texas Legislature. The council includes family members of children with special health care needs and representatives of community, faith, business and other organizations. Introduction The meeting was convened by the Chair, Chris Masey. The minutes from the meeting on February 23, 2018, were approved as written.
