Welcome, call to order, introductions and roll call. Shari Talbot convened the meeting. Members present: Linda Bailey, Sue Burick, Amy Foxman, Kimberly Lile Dowty , Anna Yvette Moore-Simon,  Mark Olson, Gina Pena, Shari Talbot, Consideration of June 11, 2025, subcommittee draft meeting minutes. The minutes were approved as drafted. An inquiry was made about the action items in the minutes, and it was clarified that the items are included in the agenda for today or that the data was not available to report on. Interest list data ongoing discussion and update. Data had been requested from HHSC questionnaire report. HHSC had been providing the local authorities with the information.  The questionnaires are being completed 100%.  The data from HHSC is not yet available, however.
