Special Report: 88th Legislature HHSC Appropriation Side by Side UPDATE

The House and Senate items of appropriation (Committee Substitutes) are presented below for the Health and Human Services Commission. The appropriation numbers for both House and Senate bills, as introduced are identical for the Health and Human Services Commission.  The Bills as introduced are in the color yellow and the Committee Substitutes are in black. Shaded rows indicate differences between the House and Senate Bills. The tables have been adjusted for House and Senate action and now include House Engrossed numbers that changed are presented in blue.  The changes include addition of a STAR Plus Pilot line item and funding as well as changes to Alternatives to Abortion and ECI Services.
