Texas Health and Human Services Commission GL 21-3000-A Emergency Rule Amendments for Chemical Dependency Treatment Facility Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Training and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training Requirements in Response to COVID-19 Amended. GL 21-3000-A regarding the extension of emergency rules related to abuse, neglect, and exploitation and nonviolent crisis intervention training requirements in CDTFs, has been posted. Effective May, 27, 2021, the emergency rules are extended for 60 days and temporarily permit licensed CDTFs to provide abuse, neglect, and exploitation training and nonviolent crisis intervention training through live, interactive, instructor-led, electronic means, or by face-to-face, in person training.
