Welcome and Opening Remarks. The meeting was convened by the Executive Commissioner and a quorum was present. The Executive Commissioner commented on efforts around the pandemic and is working for a challenging legislative session. The LAR reflects the required 5% reduction without impacting services. Chief Operating Officers’ remarks Maurice McCreary stated that they are focused on data to drive decisions on strategic planning.
