The Senate Committee on Health and Human Services met to consider the following: SB241 (withdrawn), SB415, SB458, SB497, SB545, SB576, SB745, SB780.  All bills were left pending public comment.  Following public testimony, the following actions occurred: SB545 recommended for passage to the full Senate, local and uncontested calendar. SB780 recommended for passage to the full Senate, local and uncontested calendar. SB497 recommended for passage to the full Senate, local and uncontested calendar.
