HHSC: Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Transition Plan Release: As required by the Special Terms and Conditions (STCs) of the Texas Healthcare Transformation and Quality Improvement Program 1115 waiver #37, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has drafted the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Transition Plan for stakeholder feedback. The plan will also be posted to the waiver website under Waiver Renewal. Because of the limited timeframe between the publication of this document and the requirement to submit it to CMS, the opportunity for comment is both time limited and somewhat restricted. The plan includes milestones for Demonstration Years (DYs) 9-10 that are foundational steps that will help inform potential components of the post-DSRIP system. Once HHSC submits the transition plan to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) (no later than October 1, 2019), we will work with CMS to finalize the plan by April 1, 2020.  HHSC: Texas Diabetes Council: The Council Gathered to hear updates from the San Antonio Diabetes Collaborative, receive a presentation on Gestational Diabetes and Maternal Health, hear updates from State Agency Representatives, and more. Follow this link for the full report.
