HHSC conducted a joint hearing to address rates for Non-State ICF/IID and HCS programs. Hearing (ICF/IID). There are currently no draft or proposed rules. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) conducted a public hearing to receive comment on proposed payment rates for the non-state operated Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IIDs). The proposed rates will be effective September 1, 2019.
